Abstract:	Problematisiert wird die Rechtsprechung des BGH, dass der auf den Erwerb der Immobilie gerichtete Geschäftsbesorgungsvertrag zwischen dem Anleger und dem mit der umfassenden Geschäftsabwicklung beauftragten Treuhänder wegen Verstoßes gegen Art.1 §1 Abs.1 RBerG nichtig ist.
Translation of the title:	Authority problems with contracts concerning building owner systems (English)
Translation of the abstract:	The present thesis concerns problems with power of authority with special focus on building owner systems. In this context, judgments of the German Federal High Court (BGH) are scrutinized. It has been ruled that, in this matter, contract of agency is void due to conflict with central provisions of the Legal Consultancy Act (Rechtsberatungsgesetz). (English)
