Abstract: This paper deals with related key attacks on the Skipjack block cipher. It also considers modificationsof the Skipjack round schedule. The authors argue that Skipjack, in spite of its surprisingly plain and simple key schedule, is remarkably resistant against related key crypt-analysis.
