Abstract:	It was shown in our earlier paper that the deformation quantizations with separation of variables on a Kaehler manifold are parametrized by the formal deformations of the Kaehler form. The Fedosov star-product of Wick type constructed by M. Bordemann and S. Waldmann is proven to coincide with the star-product with separation of variables which corresponds to the trivial deformation of the Kaehler form. To this end a formal Fock bundle on a Kaehler manifold is introduced and an associative multiplication on its sections is defined.
