Abstract:	Die vorliegende Dissertation beschäftigt sich mit der Untersuchung horizontaler Kooperationen im Beschaffungsbereich. Die beiden zentralen Fragen, die der Untersuchung zugrunde liegen sind erstens wie opportunistisches Verhalten in horizontalen Beschaffungskooperationen entsteht sowie welche Auswirkungen es hat und zweitens welche Gründe für den Erfolg oder das Scheitern von Kooperationen im Zeitablauf verantwortlich sind. Die Analyse erfolgt mit Hilfe des Operations Research, der Spieltheorie und System Dynamics. Die Ergebnisse geben wichtige Hinweise, worauf Kooperationspartner bei der Gestaltung der Zusammenarbeit achten müssen.
Translation of the title:	Horizontal cooperations in logistics - a model and system based analysis (English)
Translation of the abstract:	This dissertation deals with the analysis of horizontal purchasing cooperations. The first research question is how opportunistic behavior arises and what consequences it has while the second one concentrates on the reasons for success or failure of cooperations over time. The study is conducted with the help of operations research, game theory and system dynamics. The results reveal what aspects partners need to concentrate on while designing a cooperation. (English)
