Abstract:	Analyzing a sample of 39 interviews conducted in Europe, Russia, and China we arrive at striking findings regarding relationship inherent resilience towards organizational level conflict. Stemming from (potential) supply chain disruptions as exemplary transgression we identify the antecedents of conflict resilience on organizational level with a set of dyadic relationships.
