Abstract:
|
Navigating business relationships proves challenging, not only when partners deviate from expected behavior. A firm may face accountability and customer boycotts not only for its own actions but also for those of its suppliers, encompassing unsustainable practices and incidents upstream in the supply chain. Consequently, managing buyer-supplier relationships is a central part of addressing supply chain risks.
