Abstract:	Seit Anfang des Jahres befinden wir uns in der Planung und Umsetzung des Projekt MaDaLi. MaDaLi steht für Mannheim Data Literacy und soll eine E-Learning-Plattform basierend auf der bewährten ILIAS-Struktur sein, welche ihren Fokus auf die Vermittlung von Data Literacy, einer Schlüsselkompetenz in einer zunehmend datengetriebenen Gesellschaft, richtet. Unser Ziel ist es, Studierenden und Doktorand:innen die notwendigen Fähigkeiten zu vermitteln, um Daten kritisch zu analysieren, zu interpretieren und effektiv zu nutzen. Das Projekt gliedert sich in drei Module: Basismodul, Erweiterungsmodul und Vertiefungsmodul. Jedes Modul bietet einen strukturierten Lernweg, der sowohl für Anfänger als auch für Fortgeschrittene geeignet ist. Eine zentrale Stärke von MaDaLi liegt in der engen Zusammenarbeit zwiachen den Fachbereichen und der Universitätsbibliothek. Dies gewährleistet eine praxisnahe und aktuelle Ausrichtung des Lehrinhalts und ermöglicht den Studierenden den Zugang zu einem breiten Spektrum an Fachwissen. Obwohl sich das Projekt derzeit noch in der Entwicklungsphase befindet, sind wir zuversichtlich, dass MaDaLi eine wichtige Rolle dabei spielen wird, die nächste Generation von Wissenschaftlern und Fachkräften auf die vielfältigen Herausforderungen und Chancen einer datengetriebenen Welt vorzubereiten.
Translation of the abstract:	We have been planning and implementing the MaDaLi project since the beginning of the year. MaDaLi stands for Mannheim Data Literacy and is intended to be an e-learning platform based on the proven ILIAS structure that focuses on teaching data literacy, a key skill in an increasingly data-driven society. Our goal is to provide students and doctoral candidates with the necessary skills to critically analyze, interpret and effectively use data. The project is divided into three modules: Basic Module, Extension Module and Advanced Module. Each module offers a structured learning path suitable for both beginners and advanced learners. A key strength of MaDaLi is the close cooperation between the departments and the university library. This ensures that the course content is practical and up-to-date and gives students access to a wide range of specialist knowledge. Although the project is currently still in the development phase, we are confident that MaDaLi will play an important role in preparing the next generation of scientists and professionals for the diverse challenges and opportunities of a data-driven world.
