Translation of the title: Future skills for future teachers – ESD and SEE as components of future-oriented teacher training (English)
Translation of the abstract: Future-oriented teacher education requires competencies that prepare for complex, uncertain, and dynamic challenges. This article proposes that Future Skills form the core of these competencies, while Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) and Social Entrepreneurship Education (SEE) serve as key supporting components to foster them effectively. It explores how these concepts interrelate, the synergies they create, and how together they enhance resilience and transformative action. Insights into supporting conditions complement the conceptual framing. (English)
