Abstract:	Die Arbeit behandelt die Urteile Albany, Brentjens' und Drijvende Bokken des Europäischen Gerichtshofs. Es wird das Verhältnis von Kollektivvereinbarungen zum EG-Kartellrecht untersucht. Des weiteren wird die Unternehmenseigenschaft von Einrichtungen der betrieblichen Altersversorgung i.S.d. EG-Kartellrechts überprüft. Ein weiterer Teil der Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit den Auswirkungen der Urteile auf die deutsche betriebliche Altersversorgung, insbesondere auch hier auf das Verhältnis von Kollektivvereinbarungen zum deutschen Kartellrecht. Auch hier wird die Unternehmenseigenschaft der Einrichtungen betrieblicher Altersversorgung untersucht.

Translation of the abstract:	The thesis deals with the decisions Albany, Brentjens' and Drijvende Bokken of the European Court of Justice. The relation of collective agreements and the anti-trust law of the European Union is examined. It is also reviewed whether establishments of occupational old age pension scheme are corporations whitin the meaning of the EU-anti-trust law. Part of the thesis deals with the effects of the decisions on the German occupational old age pension scheme especially on the relation of collective agreements and the German anti-trust law. It is reviewed whether establishments of occupational old age pension scheme are corporations within the meaning of the German anti-trust law. (English)
