Abstract: This paper explains how Anything Relationship Management (xRM) forms the basis for globally networked companies. xRM has good chances of becoming a widely used concept. For the future, we expect xRM to cover a multitude of business aspects and to integrate physical objects into relationship structures of organizations. Within the EU research project GloNet (Glocal enterprise network focusing on customer-centric collaboration) the xRM approach is applied in real life settings.
