Abstract:	The paper deals with the minimization problem of a marginal function over a subset C of a space X. Unlike the existing papers, X is not assumed to be a finitedimensional space and C is a geometric constraint which may not coincide with X. Second order necessary and sufficient optimality conditions are written in terms of some approximations of the data of the problem.
